Thanks David - I made a note to call Public Works in the AM. If it is at the area of Center where it is still State Route 150 they may have to defer to the State but I'll give them a call. I think that is right where 150 turns onto Woodhouse but I'll let them make the call.

I called public works today and gave them the details. I received a voicemail follow up that they have contacted the State to follow up as this is in the area where it is State Route 150 and needs to be handled by them.
The ball has been moved forward and now it's up to the State to follow up
