Can the city do anythin about this? Could they haul away all the snow from the affected areas?

No problem found upon inspection.

This alleyway entrance/exit is still obstructed by water, snow, and ice. No one with any mobility issues would be able to cross this alley. Please address.

Maybe 311 can purge or delete ALL Snow/Ice complaints from the system? I thankfully haven't seen any snow cover lately.
