Hate to tell you guys, but it's not fixed. Just came across it 10 minutes ago.

Just to clarify, it's on the Bradley Avenue overpass over I-57, they are on the actual bridge deck, not the approaches.

The overpass over I 57 at Bradley Ave is maintained by IDOT not the City of Champaign. I notified them however the more calls the quicker they may respond. IDOTs number is 465-4181.
