Description
My house at 99 Chestnut Street sits at the lowest point on the street and the only storm drains in the vicinity are not located in the right spot to drain the water that pools where my driveway meets the sidewalk. In the winter the whole area becomes frozen over and is very hazardous, especially for pedestrians (I know at least one neighbor who has fallen here). I think the solution would be to build up the sidewalk at a higher elevation and have it correctly designed to drain toward the storm drains.
I hope you can help.
