Description

The transition of 131st. St. onto Park Blvd has been sinking whereas now the valley formed is as deep as a storm ditch. Crossing it at a speed above 10 mph in any ordinary vehicle (EX: a left onto Park Blvd), will cause front end impact with the road and a control issue for the driver.
