Has this pothole been fixed?

This pothole was filled in once since initially reported, but it is opening up again. The hole has been outlined with white spray paint, hopefully that means that it is going to be addressed again with a repair that will be permanent.

It appears to have been dug out and fixed properly. I will keep an eye on it and reopen if the patch doesn't survive the winter.
