Two missing items in Chester County's are sunsets in West Chester, West Goshen water views. There is a new trend in other places to uncover streams again so people can enjoy the calming or exciting sound of running water. Why not here? At least open some views from public hillsides. Spray fountains for adults and kids to walk through would also be nice in park areas. Maybe some solar models are out there already?
