Hopefully to give you a response and help alleviate some frustration- If the area of potholes that you are reporting are located on Quinnipiac Avenue itself, that area of Quinnipiac above Foxon Boulevard is a State Maintained road and you would need to contact the state. I'm adding pothole link from State website where you can contact them directly: http://www.dotdata.ct.gov/contacts/contactus.aspx?topic=34. If it is located on the entrance of Harbor Crest it is maintained by Housing Authority.

From my understanding from the residents in those complexes you guys filled the pot holes several times but the stuffcame out each time over a period of a year and a half they talked to housing and you guys and LCI at the management team meetings housing said its on you you guys volley back to housing and now your kicking it to the state. It got filled by somebody and its dangerously big and deep someones car is going to get messed up and if they get the proper lawyer one of you departments are definitely going to pay so if you can fix it please fix it why does the onus have to fall on the tax payers to figure out who supposed to do the work the state will kick it back to the city then we go to the city the city kicks it to housing and housing back to you like its been going on this way for a year and a half why dont you find out who is responsible for this pothole the citizens been through all of that several times nefore now there fed up in the meantime somebodies weaseling out of a few hours of work its funny if it was around the downtown area things magically get done without all the hollaballu.

Not to worry. No one is kicking it anywhere especially if we at DPW have patched it before. I'm trying to figure out where and how to save your frustration but when pothole crew is out they'll find out.

PS XYZ when we know for sure we do as well. State sometimes responds quicker to residents : )

Thank you for your prompt reply. The problem with telling people who to call is you do not know if they will and a serious accident may occur.

If you can let them know that Donald Spencer resident of that area for over 28 years have been observing issues with the filling in that doesn't work if we're looking for a patch job that's what they been doing in the past let them know that this is a personal injury site that needs to be addressed before somebody gets her can you send that for me thanks please call him 2039090098.
