Beschreibung

There are huge potholes throughout the Wellington Court Apartments. The major ones are near the speed bump in between the five and six buildings by the second dumpster on the left inside of the complex. There is also a large dip in the front of the apartments on the left near the first dumpster which looks like a sinkhole is forming. These issues need to be addressed and repaired before someone's car is damaged.

No the potholes in Wellington Court Apartments have not been fixed, in fact they are getting larger. I went to the leasing office to see if the potholes will be fixed and they looked at me as if they were surprised about the potholes. I've gone to them on several occasions about the bad potholes and they refuse to fix the parking lot. I'm afraid one of us tenants will incur damage as a result of these potholes especially the one near the dumpster between buildings five and six.

The holes are much larger and are still not repaired at Wellington Court Apartments loca
at 3760 Flat Shoals Parkway Decatur, GA 30034. There's also a sinkhole forming near the first dumpster on the left after entering the apartment complex. Your assistance in getting these potholes repaired will be greatly appreciated by all the tenants living here.

The potholes as well as sinkholes forming in parking lot at Wellington Court Apartments on 3760 Flat Shoals Parkway Decatur, GA 30034 still have not been repaired. I have constantly complained about the issue with management and nothing is being done to resolve the issue. These potholes have gotten bigger and more dangerous for the residents.
