Cars speed down street and don't even slow down let alone stop at stop signs

A woman drives down this street every morning around 7:40 headed to Oak Avenue, and she not only runs the stop signs, but if someone is in front of her, she goes around the dividers in the street into the oncoming traffic lane at high speed to bypass them and the stop sign. I have her license plate number but I don't know if there is any way to report this.

Stop signs should not exist on this street. There are no intersections where they are needed. If Upper Darby Police would patrol and do their job, the taxpayer money that was used to put the three islands/stop signs in the middle of the road could have been saved.

no stop signs really then there would be a real speed way try crossing green lane on foot in the day time or better watch the school busses speed down the street I know I timed them with a radar gun average was 35 speed limit on green lane is 15 wow they are setting a good example I called the twp and the school dist guess what yea you know it NOTHING our tax dollars at work
