In preparation for an upcoming soccer tournament, my soccer club, CapitalFC organized a field clean up day Sunday, just two days ago. Last night, just one day after we removes every piece of litter, it is covered again. Typical city trash aside (paper, wrappers, pop-tops, etc), someone has opened a large box of CONDOMS, removed them from their wrappers (not sure if they were used of not) and they are strewn all over the place, under bleachers, on the basketball courts, everywhere. THIS IS A PUBLIC RECREATION CENTER, ATTACHED TO AN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. This needs to be cleaned up immediately.
