Description

Bayo street has had 2 major EBMUD water main installations in the past year. The street is totally destroyed and full of potholes. EBMUD paved 1/2 the length of street, and told all of us who live on the street that the City had agreed to pave the other 1/2 within 6 months. That was a lie...we've seen nothing. With half of it repaved, the damage and potholes are even worse. PLEASE REPAVE THIS STREET OR WE WILL EXPLORE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST THE CITY. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR YEARS.
