There are at least SEVEN Toyota Sienna minivans constantly parked on this street. They have been there for about a year and a half, and are only moved occasionally. They are all registered in the states of New York and Illinois. They seemed to be owned by people who live on this block, in Philadelphia, NOT in New York or Illinois.

Regardless of the time of the day, if someone pulls out of a spot they will run out get one of their vehicles and move it into the spot. To be fair sometimes they have 3-4 out there and other times they literally take up a majority of the block.
You would think they are buying/selling cars through New York

We can enter tickets for the abandoned vehicles for the Police Dept. but they require some information. They need to know how long the car has been there, the color, make, model, license plate state and number, the condition of the vehicle, if it is driveable and if there is something broken or missing, and the police district.
