Stop sign on Industrial Blvd. going North, is too far from the one in front going south. As a result it is difficult to establish eye contact and coordinate which is the automobile that has the right to go. This is also prone to cause accidents.

I just drove thorough this intersection on Thursday night, the automobile going southbound did not acknowledge I made it to stop first and he departed from stop before me. As a result we had a near collision.
