Description
There are approximately eight (8) rectangular depressions that were “created” by Andes Construction. http://andesconst.com. The company was doing roadwork on this stretch of Skyline Blvd., and they did a terrible and unsuccessful job of road patching. About eight (8) rectangular patches were made BELOW STREET LEVEL, and they will only get worse with time. Other companies working on Skyline Blvd. have made smooth, at grade patches that are safe, so it’s the company’s poor workmanship and not the road.

Please identify the representative from Andes Construction with which you spoke. It’s hard to believe that the City would allow a company to create unsafe road conditions for any period of time.
Those dips are super unsafe for cyclists, and if a person was injured in an accident, the City would be liable whether or not the improperly patched area was on meant to be “temporary”.
They City recently paid-out $2 million to a woman who crashed after hitting a pothole.
