Description

On Cleveland street, turning on to Newtown Rd, the light is very short. Yesterday evening only about 3-4 cars could get through before turning. Normally about 10-12 cars can get through. As of 1230 pm today (3/21/18) the light is still short. VB says this is a Norfolk issue.
