Rush hour traffic exiting from 195 to Grove @Hamilton and Cary St. in excess of 45 mph in 25 mph zone. Cars do not yield for west bound pedestrian crossing at signal @Grove-Hamilton. Speeding between 35-50 mph on Hamilton betwn Grove & Cary St. This is a neighbourhood with Seniors,children ,pets ,as well as many walkers , runners, and cyclists.
