Address has over flowing super cans that are out of the alley, but they are an eyesore because people go through them daily. Also from the looks of it they need more than two because they are operating a rooming house in a single family dwelling. The could and should keep the cans on their side of the fence. The property line is not clear at this location. I picked the trash up once and the next day someone else went through it.. Another follow up picture will follow.
