Description

There’s a massive pothole at the underpass on high rock road. Workers have tried to “fix” it by throwing tar pebbles in it, but that never works and it’s always back to its normal state very quickly. This pothole could take out tires very easily, and it needs to be replaced entirely at this point, considering it’s on route to Avery Point, and college kids such as myself don’t have money for auto repairs caused by the neglect of this street.
