This vehicle was ticketed for expired plate on 3/15/2018. In addition, it was tagged for abandonment and the follow-up will occur per code. The procedure for reporting parking complaints is to call the non-emergency phone number for police dispatch at 734-794-2911 which is in operation 24/7.
