Description

There is a pipe with a cap in the road/circle in front of our house that had lost its cap. I found it down the street. I think the snow plows are hitting it because it is exposed and the cap is popping off. The exposed 5-6" diameter pipe is dangerous for car tires and also pedestrians who might trip on it (many people walk in this neighborhood in the road). Could someone come out and fix it?

While I've got you, I think the road has had some frost heaving in the loop and is pretty cracked compared to last year.
