Description

The sewer in front of 182 Cherry Lane is raised such that when it rains, it forms a very large puddle in the street and the top of my driveway. This is not a problem now, but will be in cold weather. It's become worse over the years and very noticeably now. Is there a way to level the sewer/street such that the water can run into the sewer and not form an ice pond in the winter?
The sewer is just to the right of the driveway when looking at my house.
