Description

Hello! Maddening to the locals and people who work here- A Hyundai Parked South-Side San Pablo's alarm goes off ever 20 seconds-- Plate # 8BIP175. Upon investigating, locals said hello and told me the alarm went off all night too. Please fine them or tow them for this relentless torture of Oaklanders, it's madness to try and work next to it. It is not an old looking car either!
