Description

When the CDTA Buses stop for passenger pick-up (witnessed @ 6:40 AM M-F), South-Bound traffic passes the stopped bus with no regard to nor giving the right of way to north bound traffic including but not limited to the left turn lane onto West High Street, causing a traffic hazard.
