today i found out by calling the traffic and parking division number that they no nothing about my request either by the above number on see click fix and referred me to the traffic engr.
traffic engr knows nothing specifically and will use my request number 241635 to check and get back with me. they only keep records of the past year on the number of accidents at that location.
the past 11 months of waiting have been a waste of my time
