Description
On the north side of the Salma Crescent between 2120 and 2122 there is a slab of the sidewalk that has "sunk" at least 1n inch. In the winter and fills with water & ice, the rest of the year water. This makes an obstruction to people walking on the sidewalk, especially elderly and young children.
