Description
After the traffic signal at the intersection of Vaughn and Old Hickory Blvd. was malfunctioning and flashing yellow last week, it is now extremely slow in changing for northbound drivers on Vaughn (much slower to change and shorter) causing an extreme back log of traffic of up to nearly a mile to wait for the light to change during the busy morning commute (7-8am). The green light signal for east and west bound traffic on Old Hickory is staying on for nearly twice or three times as long as it used to allowing traffic to buildup on Vaughn for drivers waiting to turn onto OHB. Backups due to heavy traffic are frustrating enough, but to then have light add to the already congested commute is very frustrating. Thank you for looking into the issue.
