Description
The ordinance for noise I believe is from 7am to 10pm. These dogs are left out all day and they do nothing but bark. I am a dog lover but this is quit annoying when you are trying to sleep and they bark, bark, bark.....Even the owners allow this..they do nothing about it. I think they should be fined. Let them out to do their business and bring them back in...Have some respect for your neighbors!!

Usually SeeClickFix, the site that this has been posted to, sends an alert to the public office responsible for these problems but in this case there are no public email addresses located on the bureaus website or any way to contact them electronically.
If you want to help make this tool work better on Prospect Park it would be great if you could create a watch area for a public official with their email address.
