Description

here we are again...red volkswagon golf parked in the 2-hour zone in front of Cassidy's since 10am. Is anyone patrolling the area? This one is definitely a resident, I've seen this car either in front of Cassidy's or the salon next door.
Where are our customers supposed to park?
