When on Armstrong Woods Road trying to turn onto eastbound River Road the light does not stay green long enough. 1st St has right away to turn first and between that and the huge amount of pedestrians in cross walks turning can be almost impossible. I have sat thru 4 light cycles on numerous occassions.
