Description

As you drive north on River Rd and come up past 287, you'll see two speed limit signs. One says 30 mph, then one says 25 mph. Why bother with the 30 mph sign if only a few feet away the speed limit is 25 mph. 25 is the speed limit for River Rd south of there, isn't it?
