I am SO incredibly happy that you were able to get a picture of the offending truck's license plate! It's about time the people who use our neighborhoods as their trash bins get properly fined!

I'm actually curious about what else I can do other than reporting plate numbers and posting photos to complain. I really don't mind confronting people dumping, but if someone refuses to just move along what do I do. Call the police?
