Line-of-sight vision for turning onto Roosevelt is very often blocked by large vehicles (usually commercial trucks) parked in front of the Cabinetworks* business at the southeast corner of this intersection. It makes for a dangerous situation of needing to pull out onto a busy arterial without accurately assessing the traffic conditions. Parking should be limited to passenger vehicles only at the northernmost spot in front of Cabinetworks, or just take that spot out altogether. Delivery trucks should use their parking lot/loading area off of 95th.

Finally I had my camera with me, when a car was parked there and thereby limiting visibility. I was westbound on 95th St at Roosevelt. You can see that due to the slope of the street, one can barely see the northbound lane past the parked car. Imagine if it was a truck, or if it was parked in the spot adjacent to the no parking zone.
I estimate that there are two car-lengths in front of this car to the intersection -- one legal parking spot, one No Parking spot. That's approximately 30'. If a northbound car is going the speed limit of 30 mph, that gives the driver from the side street 0.68 seconds to see & respond. If that northbound car is just 5 mph over the speed limit, the side street driver has just 0.58 seconds!
And when a car is in that last legal spot, a sidestreet driver has all of 0.34 sec (Roosevelt traffic at 30 mph) to evaluate safety for turning on to Roosevelt.
I don't think this is a safe intersection.
