Underpass bike lanes *remain* littered with tree litter and general motorist waste, like pieces of wood and cardboard boxes.

Is there someone in the City of Decatur who is actually responsible for this?
It was first reported after the hurricane last *October*.

I suppose I will email my City commissioner . . . shouldn't really have to . . .
