Deskripsyon

Construction fence blocking sidewalk. Sidewalk torn up and uneven - impassable using stroller or wheelchair. Work on the building is sporadic at best - how long can people simply leave fence blocking our walkways?

fence has been removed, however no work has been done on the house in months. It's been vacant since we moved in... in July 2007. 2100 St. Albans.
