I need an address to check out your situation. Typically the City does not maintain or repair driveways. An exception would be if we had recently completed work in the right-of-way that adversely impacted the transition from the street to your driveway.

Investigated this date and found no problems with either driveway at this address. Both driveways were reconstructed as a part of the recently completed sidewalk project. The sidewalk and driveways were found to be clear of mus and debris.
