The light at 34th and market directs westbound vehicles turning south on 34th into the path of pedestrians crossing on a walk signal.

Every time i cross at this corner i end up face to face with the grille of an anxious suv driver.

Drivers turning left lose the green arrow when the walk signal is issued, but continue to proceed on what should be a left red. Pedestrians complicate this by walking on the do-not-walk signal. The length of the left green arrow should also be increased so that drivers aren't hurried to turn in the 3s the green is active.
