Description

Pedestrian access to Washington Circle is limited and dangerous. Crossings are provided only to New Hampshire Ave. and not 23rd Street. On the north side, there is a makeshift crossing that needs a proper sidewalk and pedestrian signal. On the south side, the crossing to New Hampshire Ave. is very short. A crossing to 23rd Street there would be helpful as well.
