If you are walking on the northern walking/gravel path on the National Mall between East Seaton Park and Henry Park (in the vicinity of The National Art Gallery and the East Gallery), you will notice that both pedestrian crossing lights face the same direction at the intersection of the gravel path and 4th St NW.

If you are walking in a westward direction on the gravel path, you will not see a crosslight as both of them face the same direction.
