Deskripsyon

Scofflaws parking in no parking zone on K Street at outbound rush hour routinely cause backups to 24th and M Street NW. An 8 ounce sinker in a windshield is looking like a better and better option.

to clarify, it is the feeder road into K st. behind the apartment houses. Cars are routinely parked there, and it not only effects my commute home, but it jams up washington circle which routinely is jammed when emergency vehicles are trying to bring patients to George Washington Hopsital Center. Tow the damn cars!!!
