Description

When Westbound on Comanche (at the intersection at Tramway) - if you are in the left turn bay (to go South) - even if there are numerous cars - after the light headed east bound turns green (and they get their arrow and green light). If no one is going straight/West - the turn bay will never get a green light or arrow. Thanks!
