The Newsstand at this property has been out of commission for at least the 4 years. It has been a magnet for trash and drug dealers ever since we have been here in 2007. We would like to have it removed but the city has not addressed the problem yet.

We have brought the issue up at the Police community meeting earlier in the year.
At the meeting on 6/15/10, we were told that the newsstand should be gone in the next couple of weeks. It's been closed for 5 years and has no business license.

As of early September, the newsstand has been removed! Thank you 1st district police!
