A restaurant opened recently at 42nd Ave S & E 35th St. Now, everyday, cars are parked solid on both sides of E 35th St making it extremely difficult for opposing traffic to pass each other. 35th St isn't wide enough for this much parking plus the fairly high level of traffic it get. There is often a line of cars backed up to the end of the block because the only place they can pass is at the alley... slowly. Parking should be limited to one side of the street only on this block, like it is at Longfellow Park.
