Really good idea if it could be worked out. It's done in other places I've lived and it was a plus for drivers as well as those trying to clear streets.

The City used to do just that. I ' m not sure if they charged back. I do believe you had to be out at a certain time. Temple Street garage has been taken over by Gateway College so I ' m not sure of the availabilty though. However unless alot of students/ staff got stuck their should' ve been some.
As for the ret of the parking lots/ garages I ' m not sure who owns or operates them. But you have a good idea provided you can get in and out of these places.
