One of the reasons for the addition of the stop signs is to make it safer. I notice at least a couple times a month where cars are almost getting into accidents.

There are many middle school student who come from O.L. Smith, down New York Street to cross at Banner. There is a significant amount of traffic coming off of Telegraph headed to the elementary school at this time ... it is extremely dangerous for them to cross there without a 4 way stop.

There needs to be a stop sign at Banner - I live on New York and I'm shocked at how many people zoom down my street coming from Telegraph, or zoom towards it. Because of idiots driving down my street, I won't let my kids out in the front yard because most drivers are too anxious to get down the street. Sadly, I've even had a cop run a stop sign (on Banner) and nearly hit me when I had the right of way - very upsetting!
