Description

The recycling crew failed to pick up the recycling for a SECOND STRAIGHT WEEK last night. Everything is in appropriate bags and yet it has been left behind AGAIN. Should my building start leaving the bags in the middle of the street to make sure these crews actually start picking them up?!
