Description

I was driving eastbound on I290 entered at Harlem, exited at Racine. The newly constructed/paved ramps appear tone retaining too much water. As vehicles exit the expressway on the ramps, large pools of water splash into the air, creating a semi-dangerous situation/potential for an accident via skidding or watergliding
