Description

Lombard St. between Downing & Front has not yet been plowed by the city. But the bigger problem is that a private citizen using his pickup truck with a plow pushed the snow from Downing St. 2/3 of the way down our block of Lombard St . The result is that a mountain of snow 6 ft high completely traps us and one other family. Now it is going to be even more difficult for public works to remove that mountain of rain saturated snow.
