The problem is still there. No one with the City of Atlanta has touched it.

the hole is there and getting worse, as the water is bubbling up from underneath the pavement, probably a leaking pipe.

Still there and water is still bubbling up from under the pavement. Pothole is getting bigger, slowly.

Guess this never will be replaced with current politicians in charge in Atlanta.

This issue has been a problem for at least 10 years; no telling how much water is being wasted underground. I suppose when a sinkhole forms someday, they may finally repair it, at a higher cost than today.

Looks like City of Atalanta has finally responded on this, as the whole is now covered with large thick metal cover. Not sure it it will be eventually repaired?

The area has not been repaired; a large metal cover is now over the hole, but you must drive around this cover to avoid large bump it creates in the road.

Probably not fixed yet.
