I live on a main thoroughfare and only one car at a time can go up or down the street. My car is parked at the train station due to the parking ban.. The street across from me hasn't been plowed at all. what's going on? Today looks the same as yesterday

The streets in our East side neighborhood haven't been touched. Eastside, norman, cooper, carr, kingsland, arbour, middle, brown, cheryl and all the others haven't even been acknowledged. A freind said Hillcrest started to be plowed but they just left a wall of snow in the middle of it. What if there were an emergency? Its been 2 days. I know they are busy but if one person has a health issue, it could be tragic.
